Our company is a real estate asset management firm established as part of the SRE Holdings Group, originating from the Sony Group.

• 2014

  (As the first initiative in Sony Group's efforts to create new businesses)
  April - Sony Real Estate established

• 2019

  Company name changed to SRE Holdings Corporation

• 2021

  December - SRE Asset Management Corporation established

• 2022

  January - Obtained real estate transaction license

  June - Registered as a comprehensive real estate investment advisory firm

  September - Registered as a financial instruments business operator (Asset Management and Investment Advisory & Agency Services)

  October - Launched private fund business
