SRE Asset Management Corporation was established in December 2021 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of
SRE Holdings Corporation, with the aim of providing private real estate fund formation and
management services to the investors in Japan and overseas.
In response to the growing demand for more advanced real estate investment management, the SRE Group
is united in its efforts to produce DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives which will improve the
efficiency and productivity of asset management operations as well as create added value by
utilizing technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IoT (Internet of Things) to enhance
convenience and compliance to real estate-related ESG issues.
Going forward, our company will continue to provide timely investment opportunities with diverse
risk profiles tailored to the needs of the investors, while contributing to further growth of the
real estate investment market by steadily advancing PropTech, which is one of the strengths of the
SRE Group.
